David has over 30 years experience with architectural design and planning disciplines and construction management as a General/ MEP Contractor and design consultant.

Educational and institutional client projects include West Palm Beach Schools, Jackson County Minnesota Schools, Oscoda Michigan Schools, Windom Schools Minnesota, Wayne-Westland Schools Detroit Michigan, Glacial Ridge Hospital Glenwood Minnesota, Meeker County Courthouse/Law enforcement Center Litchfield Minnesota, Beltrami County Services/Law Enforcement Center Bemidji Minnesota, City of Ft. Lauderdale Florida Water Works inter-coastal sewer and water infrastructure replacement.
